With all of the ongoing changes in the fashion industry, Hot Heads requires our stylists to take continuing education classes on an ongoing basis. Through these classes and workshops our artists achieve their extensive knowledge of color. Acknowledging the demands of this industry, Hot Heads strongly encourages its employees to take the American Board of Certified Haircolorists exam.
